DMCA policy
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy (“Policy”) applies to the primesystemsacademy.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products, services, memberships, communities, downloads, courses, quizzes, certificates, and other offerings (collectively, “Services”). This Policy outlines how Water Rock Media LLC, doing business as Prime Systems Academy (“Prime Systems Academy”, “we”, “us” or “our”), addresses notifications of alleged copyright infringement and how you (“you” or “your”) may submit a copyright complaint or counter-notification.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and ask our users to do the same. We may remove or disable access to material alleged to be infringing, terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, and take other action as we consider appropriate under applicable law.

What to consider before submitting a copyright complaint
Before submitting a copyright complaint to us, please consider whether the use you are complaining about may be authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. In some circumstances, use of copyrighted material may be permitted under doctrines such as fair use, license, permission, or other legal exceptions.
If you submit a complaint, you represent that you have a good faith belief that the use at issue is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. Please note that knowingly making a false claim of infringement may subject you to liability under applicable law.
If you are unsure whether material on the Website or Services infringes your rights, you may wish to consult an attorney before submitting a notification.
We may share your notification, including the information you provide in it, with the person who posted the material at issue or with other parties as necessary to process the claim, comply with the law, or protect our rights.
Notifications of infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on the Website or Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright infringement notification (“Notification”) to us. To be effective, your Notification should include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single Notification, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing or is the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, such as the specific URL or URLs where the material appears.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the Notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. Typing your full legal name at the end of your notice may serve as an electronic signature.
If your Notification is complete and appears valid, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the affected user, request additional information, or take other action we consider appropriate. We reserve the right to decline to act on incomplete, unclear, unsupported, or otherwise deficient notices.
If we remove or disable access to material in response to a Notification, we may provide the affected user with information about the complaint, which may include a copy of the Notification.
Counter-notifications
If material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright complaint, you may submit a written counter-notification (“Counter-notification”) if you believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
To be effective, your Counter-notification should include the following:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original Notification or that person’s agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name at the end of your Counter-notification may serve as an electronic signature.
If we receive a Counter-notification that appears complete and valid, we may forward it to the person who submitted the original Notification. We may then restore the removed material in accordance with applicable law, unless we receive notice that the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
We reserve the right to reject incomplete, unclear, unsupported, or otherwise deficient Counter-notifications.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid copyright infringement claims or who otherwise repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.
An updated version of this Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of the revised Policy, or such other act specified at that time, will constitute your consent to those changes.
